Recruitment of staff in West Bengal Housing Board on a purely contractual basis for a period of one year (which is renewable subject to satisfactory performance). Place of posting Kolkata.

Eligibility criteria of applicants for posts:
- a. Online applications are hereby invited from Indian Citizens and others declared eligible by Government of India for recruitment to the under mentioned posts. The posts are contractual.
- b. Submission of more than one application for the post by the same candidate is strictly forbidden and such applications are liable to cancellation.
- c. One candidate can apply for one post only.
- d. The candidates must be 21 years age as on 1st January 2025 and shall not be more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2025.
- e. For ASSISTANT (GENERAL): - Graduate in any stream from recognized university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Computer proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point presentation with 2 years experience in similar nature of job.
- f. For SURVEYOR: - Higher Secondary or Equivalent with Diploma in Surveying/Cerlificate course in surveying from recognized institution with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Computer proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint presentation with 1 year experience in similar nature of land surveying demarcation, Assessment & Land taxation related jobs and any other job(s) as will be assigned from time to time.
- g. For ACCOUNTS PERSONNEL: - CA(Inter) with graduation and 3 years working experience in CA/ICWA firrn or in any company where the candidate has dealt with Accounts, Audit, Taxation including GST, Companies Act etc. Computer proficiency in Tally, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint presentation is also required.
- h. For TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (ELECTRICAL): - Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1st Class having 1 year experience in Electrical engineering stream with computer knowledge in AutoCAD, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint
