Eligibility criteria of applicants for posts:
  • a. Online applications are hereby invited from Indian Citizens and others declared eligible by Government of India for recruitment to the under mentioned posts. The posts are contractual.
  • b. Submission of more than one application for the post by the same candidate is strictly forbidden and such applications are liable to cancellation.
  • c. One candidate can apply for one post only.
  • d. Minimum 21 years of age completed as on 1st January 2024 and not exceeding 40 years as on 1st January 2024. Date of birth should be between 01/01/1984 and 01/01/2003 including these two dates.
  • e. For ASSISTANT (GENERAL): - Graduate in any stream from recognised university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Computer proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint presentation with preferably 2 years experience in similar nature of administrative and employee matters job and any other job(s) as will be assigned from time to time.
  • f. For ASSISTANT (ACCOUNTS): - Commerce Graduate from recognised university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Computer proficiency in Tally, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint presentation, preferably with 2 years experience in similar nature of job.
  • g. For ASSISTANT (ARCHITECTURAL): - Graduate holding Bachelor of Science (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics / Electronics) Degree with minimum 55% marks from a University/Institute recognized by UGC. Computer proficiency in MS-Office, with 2 years work experience.
  • h. For SURVEYOR: - Higher Secondary or Equivalent with Diploma in Surveying/ Certificate course in surveying from recognised institution with minimum 55% in aggregate. Computer proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint presentation preferably with 2 years experience in similar nature of land surveying, demarcation, taxation related jobs and any other job(s) as will be assigned from time to time.
  • i. For ACCOUNTS PERSONNEL: - CA(Inter) with graduation and 3 years working experience in CA/ICWA firm or in any company where the candidate has dealt with Accounts., Audit, Taxation including GST, Companies Act etc. Computer proficiency in Tally, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint presentation is also required.
  • j. For TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (CIVIL): - Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1st Class having 3 years experience in civil engineering projects with computer knowledge in Autocad, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint.
  • k. For TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (ELECTRICAL): - Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1st Class having 3 years experience in electrical engineering projects with computer knowledge in Autocad, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint.
